Useful insight.

This page explains the limited information Bluevale collects through this website and how it is used.
Site analytics
We use a small, first-party analytics system to understand broad patterns such as daily visitor numbers, page views, referring websites and device categories. It is used only to improve this website. We do not use advertising trackers, sell this information or share it with an analytics provider.
A random identifier is stored in your browser for up to 90 days so that repeat visits from the same browser are not counted as a new visitor each time. It does not contain your name, email address or IP address. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, switching browser profiles or using another device will create a new identifier, so visitor totals are estimates rather than a count of identifiable people.
The server immediately converts the identifier into a one-way hash that changes each day. The original identifier and raw IP address are not stored in the analytics database. Temporary hashes expire after the next day, and the dashboard contains aggregate figures rather than individual visitor journeys.
Contact enquiries
When you send the contact form, we store the details you choose to provide so we can review and respond to your enquiry. This can include your name, business, email address, phone number and project message. Enquiries are kept in Bluevale’s private administration system and are not used for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
You can switch site analytics off above at any time. We also respect Global Privacy Control and the browser’s Do Not Track signal. If you want to ask about information supplied through the contact form, email contact@bluevale.uk.
