RotaSpace is being built around the flow of a real working week. A manager plans and publishes the rota; each person can see what they are doing; the team has one place to talk; and attendance information feeds back into the next decision.
Plan the week
A rota that stays useful after it is published.
Managers can build and publish the week in the same workspace their team uses to understand it. The planner keeps people, days, shifts and gaps visible together, while quick-add controls make an empty cell useful without filling it with interface copy.
Keep the team together
Work conversations beside the work itself.
Team chat gives small teams a shared place for the messages that otherwise get split across personal accounts and disconnected group chats. The phone view keeps conversations easy to reach during the working day.
Understand the day
Attendance information without another spreadsheet.
Reports begin with the daily log and the figures a manager needs first: clock activity, completion, payable time and missing records. The attendance summary keeps the overall picture close to the detail.
